Happy Monday Mocktail


Ingredients:


1. Lime juice


2. Lime slices


                            3. Chopped strawberries


                            4. Ice cubes


                            5. Dorset Ginger Company 

                                 Original Ginger


                           6. Soda water



                            To Garnish

                            

                           7. Sprig of mint


Instructions:


1. Muddle the lime juice, lime slices and strawberries into a tall glass


2. Add ice


                             3. Pour over the Dorset Ginger                  
                           

                             4. Top with soda water


                             5. Garnish with sprig of mint and
                                  serve


Bee's Knees



Ingredients:


1. 50ml Seedlip Grove 42


2. 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice


                             3. 50ml Dorset Ginger Rhubarb with a Ginger Kick


                             4. 2 tsp honey



Instructions:


1. Add honey to  a cocktail shaker, add a few drops of hot water & stir to loosen the honey


2. Add rest of ingredients & shake with ice


                             3. Double strain into a glass and
                                  garnish with a lemon twist
